Rangreal Return and Refund Policy
At Rangreal, we strive to deliver high-quality ready-made Kurti sets and co-ord sets to our customers. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully read our return and refund policy before making a purchase, as we have specific terms regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns unless the product you received is damaged or different from what you ordered. In such cases, we will arrange a free exchange for you.
2. Exchange Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you have received a damaged product or a product different from what you ordered, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. To initiate the exchange, please provide:
- An unboxing video of the product.
- Photographs of the product received.
Send these details to us via email at rangrealindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-6367355698. Once approved, the exchange procedure will be as follows:
- We will arrange a pickup at your address. Our pickup partner will contact you for further details and inspect the product on the spot.
- Ensure the product is handed over with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Inform us once the pickup is completed to expedite the delivery of your replacement.
- The replacement product will be shipped within a few days.
Important: If you fail to accept the delivery (after two attempts), the product will be returned to us, and a reattempt delivery fee of Rs. 250 will apply. If unpaid, the product will be considered as not required, and any amount paid by you will be considered lapsed.
3. Size Exchange Policy:
If you ordered the wrong size without checking the size chart, you can exchange the product by paying an exchange fee of Rs. 250.
The procedure for size exchanges is as follows:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery, with an unboxing video and photographs of the product.
- Send the details to rangrealindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-6367355698.
- We will share a payment link of Rs. 250 to your registered mobile number. Once the payment is received, the exchange process will begin.
- A pickup will be arranged, and our partner will inspect the product on the spot. Ensure the product is returned with original tags and packaging.
- Notify us once the product is picked up to speed up the delivery of the replacement product.
Important: The replacement product will be delivered within a few days. If you fail to accept the delivery (after two attempts), a reattempt delivery fee of Rs. 250 will apply. If unpaid, the product will be considered as not required, and any amount paid will be lapsed.
4. Return for Refund Policy:
If you prefer to return the product without an exchange, a fee of Rs. 300 per product will be deducted from your total order value. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
The return procedure is as follows:
- Inform us within 3 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video, product photographs, and the reason for return.

- We will arrange a pickup at your address, and our partner will inspect the product on the spot. Ensure the product is returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- After the pickup is completed, the remaining amount will be credited to the account you provide.
Note: All exchanges and returns are subject to product inspection. Products that are returned without proper tags, packaging, or that are used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
